Sad Poems

If Only

0

I choose to be alone in a place where you cannot find me so I can hide my sadness
When sorrow is all around me, with no trace of gladness
If only I can deceive myself to pretend, I am not weeping
Hoping you could see how my tears cannot stop from falling
Once again, hear my heart calling
Hoping that your love is true
Maybe I never knew
That someday it will be you and me
If only you can hear my heart’s cry
maybe we can stay forever if we try
Laid me in your sweet embrace
Once again put a smile in my face
End this pain and let me find my rest.

You Make Me

0

You make me smile,
You make me sad,
You make me laugh,
You make me mad,
I sometimes think of you,
My heart starts to sink,
I quickly forget who you are,
Your slowy fading away in my mind,
I wish i could just leave you behind
You act and look to much like a whore,
What have you become?

Night Highs

0

Time does wonders

clean glasses smudged
blank papers scribbled
locks of thread tightly knit

one charcoal
countless squiggles

“i will never let this happen”

things change
“never-s” happen

Summer Nights

0

Mosquito bites
The light buzzing sound of fan

Lullabies are not needed

The soft rustling makes me help sleep
The silence on the other hand makes a mess of my mind

The nightmare are not that pesky
Things that used to agitate are comfortably numb

camisoles and open wet hair
the thinnest pillow and the woven sheets

A thermos of cold water on the side to quench the usual dry mouth
Summer nights are noisy and the breaths are not heavy
Tears and sobs are easy to hide.

Unfolding Truth

0

The empty hollow silence…
echoing loudly

the deadly emotions
they all make sense now…

the creases on his forehead
the tears that he never cried
his moist face that he never wiped
so many secrets buried inside
coming out of their cocoon
with every next breath that I inhale…

the long pauses between his words
the trailing off of his sentences
the hoarse tone in his voice for no reason
his every move tells a story…

What If I Told You

0

What if I told you that everything that you think about me is nothing but a lie?
What if I told you I put on a fake smile only so I won’t have to cry?
What if I told you that I say “I LOVE YOU”,just to get by?
What if I seen you hurt and all I did was stand-by?
What if I told you that you weren’t my only guy?
What if I told you that I’m hurt when you’re not near-by?
What if I told you that to this relationship I have to say good-bye?
What if I told you that this is your life that I’m trying to imply?
What if i told you that you’re love I have to defy?

So Sad

0

My tears are running down my face as if i was running in a race,
I miss you so much i don’t know what to do,
I my heart was shattered i wouldn’t know what to do,
I think now its time to say goodbye,
Even though i don’t want to,
I really want to be your friend but i don’t think you want to be my friend anyway here is my way to say goodbye,
I don’t know what happened to our friendship but i really miss you.
