Friendship Poems

Growing pains
Broken chains
A sad melody

Falling tears
Listening ears
A friend just for me

Reaching out
Sharing doubt
When life gets me down

Hands to clutch
Gentle touch
Can turn me around

Spoken words
Softly heard
Cognitivity

Holding tight
Loving light
Calm serenity

A friend is someone we turn to
when our spirits need a lift.
A friend is someone we treasure
for our friendship is a gift.
A friend is someone who fills our lives
with beauty, joy, and grace.
And makes the whole world we live in
a better and happier place.

Friend

A friend is a person
to laugh and cry with,
An inspiration,
Someone who lends a helping hand,
though friends may not be forever,
And they may not end up together,
the memories of a true friendship will
last forever.
A friend is not a shadow nor a servant
But someone who hold
a piece of a person in his heart.
Someone who shares a smile,
Someone who brightens up your day
What makes a person a friend?
Is by saying your Love will stay.

Let’s Not Wait

0

We will meet again my friend,
A hundred years from today
Far away from where we lived
And where we used to play.

We will know each others’ eyes
And wonder where we met
Your laugh will sound familiar
Your heart, I won’t forget.

We will meet, I’m sure of this,
But let’s not wait till then…
Let’s take a walk beneath the stars
And share this world again.

They are there for you,
which you need them.

they wipe the tears away.

My Friendship

0

Though hard as we work,
at the end of the day,
In this fast-moving world,
of turmoil and decay,
Still, hope and life
are just at bay,
And this is what
I have to say:
Your friendship,
I would never foray!

A Friend Like You

0

A friend like you is hard to come by,
you’re so dear as you’re always there for me to say hi!
I thank you, as you made your full heart open,
and I pray that our friendship never be broken.
Two cords, they say, are better than one
you and I, and me and you, and it is done!

For My Friends

0

Wandering around and everywhere
Across the miles, I found you there
You touched my life, and dare to care

Opened my eyes, and dried my tears
Voices of sadness I can no longer hear
Filled my empty heart- took away my fears

Strangers, yet friends, how could it be?
Our spirits reach out, how could it possibly?
Always touching, in miles away never apart-
You will stay forever here in my heart

even you lived in the east,
And I am here in the west,
Impossible as it is, never together,
We will never be apart until forever

My Greatest Riches

0

I’m so glad I’ve chosen friends so dear
This I’ve told myself many times over.
I’m always anxious to put my thoughts in verse
As I see you blossom and grow splendidly like a rose.
Although intangible things I merely possess
Yet you my friend are worth the world’s greatest riches!

My Dearest Friend

0

My dearest friend,
What a pleasure to call your name
As a loyal and dedicated one
I’m grateful, for your name means fame!
You and my friendship,
will never rouse distrust
faith and loyalty will be a must!
And this I prove it’s certainly right
For me, you’re such a delight!
