Child Poems

Child

You are the future of the country,
So are responsible young citizens,
Fulfill your duties.
Do not learn wrong from adults
But do what is right.
Do your bit to save the environment
And make your future bright.
Do not look upon needy with disgrace

A Bad Start

0

I woke up this morning,
And meant to be good,
but things didn’t happen the way that it should.

I lost my toothbrush,
i slammed the door,
i dropped an egg on the kitchen floor.

I spilled some sugar and after that,
I was in a hurry and tripped over a cat.

Things may get better
i don’t know when,
maybe i’ll start all over again

Sad Truth

A child looks up at the sky
sees an aeroplane passing by
he wihes to be in that aeroplane
and pilot dreams to be a child again

Children

Soft as wool n sweet as honey
Pretty as a Rose; cute and funny
They play with teddies n love their bunny
They need kids n toys to accompany

To see, you could say, they’re teeny weeny
(The leaders of today are far more loony)
The world, for them, is kids’ colony
Each and every child, their crony…

These kids will soon grab global-hegemony.
The kids will rule, the rest will stay moony.
They will make the world, jolly n sunny.
There’ll be no stony leader, and no tyranny!

Well This Aint My Child

0

My child raise your head high
there aint no shame in poor
when the rich would stand by
and watch you starving, crying, reaching
for something in the distance while we’re preaching,
for God to come closer/let him see things,
acts of mischiefs? We’re still breathing?

I see confusion in your eyes child
don’t be afraid your free to cry child
cry a stream and row (row) to God, child
cause there aint no hope in this life child
I swear to you this aint no lie child
their excuse is “Well this isn’t my child”
